Both the screw mechanism and the Zip Chain mechanism can be used in a wide range of applications such as high-speed and high-frequency operation and operation that requires high accuracy by making the best use of the features of the product.

※Zip Chain mechanism is our original technology in which two chains interlock like a zipper to form a single, strong column that can be used by 'pushing and pulling'.

What is the zip chain ?

Two chains lock each other to form a single column, and is named as Zip Chain because it engages like a zipper.

Linear actuators (jacks) constructed with the combination of a trapezoidal screw thread or ball screw and worm gear.

Linipower Jack has a built-in worm gear that lifts a screw, and is used for lifting and positioning conveyed objects.

Also supports synchronized operation using multiple units, and in addition to standard type, travel nut type is also available in which does not require a pit installation, and the nut moves up and down by rotating the screw.
It can be operated simply by connecting it to a drive motor, and is available in three types to suit your needs: Ball screw (high speed, high frequency), High lead ball screw (higher operation speed, high frequency) and Trapezoidal screw (low speed, load retention).

Low dust generation type that is ideal for use in clean rooms, and stainless steel screw type when rust prevention to the screw shaft is required, are also available.

Using the high-lead ball screw, the JWH (high-lead ball screw type) provides higher operations (up to 4 times) at the same input shaft rpm as the JWB type.

  • ・Higher Operating Speed :
    With the highly-reliable high-lead ball screw used, a maximum screw shaft speed of 7.5m/min is possible.
  • ・Low Noise :
    Requires less input rpm at the drive and reducer units to run at the same speed as the JWB (ball screw type), enabling quiet jack operations.

    For two models, JWM025 and JWM050, the austenitic stainless steel made screw shafts have been standardized.

    The left hand type has same input direction of rotation, but moves in a direction opposite of the right hand type.
