Plastic modular chain WT5707-K type

- Chain pitch
57.15mm - Straight running
- Raised rib type
- WT5700 series with the largest allowable load in Raised rib type
- With its large allowable load, ideal for conveying large number of containers such as large shower equipment.
Features
- Raised rib types, in combination with transfer plates, eliminate the gaps occurring in transfer area.
- Prevents winding or catching of conveyed product and realizes smooth transfers.
In case of dead plate

In the case of a dead plate, the gap between dead plate and chain upper surface changes due to vertical movement of the chain due to the polygonal movement.
Depending on the shape of conveyed item, it may get caught in this gap and topple.
In case of transfer plate

In the case of transfer plates, the comb of transfer plate can be inserted between the ribs on top surface of chain to a position where it is not affected by the polygonal movement.
This prevents conveyed items from toppling.
