Double Pitch Chain with Plastic Rollers Low Noise Series Standard Series
- Plastic rollers are lighter, quieter, and have lower running resistance than steel rollers. Our Low Noise Series uses a special engineering plastic roller that makes it a further 7dB quieter than conventional plastic rollers.

When selecting sprocket specifications
It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and the chain specification used.
Please use standard Double pitch stainless steel sprockets for Double pitch chain with plastic rollers Low noise type Standard series.
Standard RS stainless steel sprockets can be used when the number of sprocket teeth is 30 or more with S roller.
