Original center unit structure that combines the discs and spacer eliminates troublesome disc assembly at the worksite.
Just attach or remove bolts to attach or remove the center unit.

The center unit allows for larger maximum bore diameters than with conventional series.

・Wide variety of options available
A wide variety of combinations are available, including locking types, flange mounted types, and Power Locks with reinforced plastic spacers.

・Non-backlash ・No lubrication ・Longevity
Ideal for equipment that positions with a servomotor as the coupling has no backlash and a high torsional stiffness.
No need for lubrication as there are no sliding areas.

・The combination of short delivery time shaft bore diameters enables the product to be shipped in a minimum of 5 days. Refer to the example of model No. shown below for the range of short delivery.

Long spacer

・Capable of accommodating up to 6m of hub face distance.
It can be manufactured with the desired dimensions.

・Can be used with floating shafts
Can be used as a floating shaft when the distance between shafts is large.

・Spacers made of composite materials
Long Spacers made of extremely lightweight and corrosion resistant CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) available.

※Long Spacer Type rotation limits
When using Long Spacer Type couplings at high speed, you will need to check the rotational speed to avoid resonance points.
Check that the J dimension and rotation speed is within limits for each model when selected.
Select by increasing the model number if the rotational speed used is over the listed rate.
High Speed Type Long Spacer couplings with a heavier spacer are available when dimensions fall outside the following range or when the size cannot be increased.
