- Rubber is mounted on conveying surface, makes it ideal for inclined conveying at a maximum angle of 20° for boxes and other objects.
Features

Enables inclined conveyance with less slipping off thanks to rubber molded by double injection molding on conveyance surface of chain.

・Prevents wear of rubber part by providing indent
By installing a Φ50 round bar at conveyor ends, transfer space between conveyors can be reduced.
In this case, it is a forward/reverse bottom drive. For the layout, refer to "Layout of forward/reverse bottom drive" below.
Note) Install a safety device (safety cover, etc.) to prevent entanglement at in-line area.
By providing an indent part (area without rubber), and using it as a chain supporter (return roller receiver and rail receiver) on the return side of conveyor, it is possible to prevent rubber from wearing. Note) 1
When providing an indent part, combine rubber type WT2525VG-K with closed type WT2525-K. As shown in the photo on the right, it is a combination with different appearance colors. Note) 2
Notes
1.The rubber part should be supported by the return roller in case of special layout (bottom drive).
2.When indent part is provided, it is made-to-order.
