Product Info Top chain
Top Chain is the conveyor chains with integrated top plate and chain section, connected by connecting pins.
Plastic-top chains with plastic plates which can reduce the risk of scratches to material being conveyed, and stainless steel-top chains with stainless steel plates which are corrosion-resistant and suitable for conveying heavy loads, are available.
Other products in the range include snap-top chains with plastic plates attached to steel chains and accumulation chains with rollers built into the top plate.

Features of Plastic Top chain/Stainless Steel Top chain
Suppresses scratches on conveyed materials.
Conveyor chain using connecting pins. The chain and plastic plates are molded together to minimize scratching of conveyed goods.
Self-lubricating characteristics of plastic allow it to be used without lubrication, keeping workplace beautiful.
Can be used in a wide range of industries, such as in environments where oil is prohibited and in preventing scratches on products.
A large number of chain series (materials) are available and can be selected according to the operating environment.

Snap top chain
- ・Consists of a base chain and a top plate, with the legs of top plate snapped to the outer links of base chain
- ・Suitable for conveyors with large capacity thanks to high allowable load (except SS and PC series).
- ・Only the top plate can be replaced.

Plastic Universal Chain
- ・Small side-flex radius for effective use of tight spaces
- ・Smaller gap between chain links structure ideal for stable transfer of conveyed materials
Gripper chain
- ・Consists of base chain, top plate and grip rubber, and top plate and grip rubber are replaceable
- ・Holds material being conveyed from both sides, making it ideal to convey vertically
- ・Shape and material of grip rubber can be selected.
Plastic Crescent Chain
- ・Suitable for horizontal circulating conveyor
- ・Gaps between chain links are constant, allowing conveyed objects to be transported more stability.
Accumulation Chain
- ・Roller rotation on the chain prevents scratches on conveyed products.
- ・Ideal for reducing scratches and line pressure on the bottom of conveyed materials in accumulating applications.
Plastic Roller Table
- ・Free flow chain that can be conveyed directly without using pallets
- ・Roller rotation prevents scratches on conveyed products.
- ・Plastic rollers are aligned on chain pitch line, so that plastic roller distance does not change during articulation.
