Product Info Reducers
Reducers are mechanical device that outputs power obtained from the output shaft of a power source such as a motor by reducing the rotational speed using gears.
The ratio of the number of gear teeth on the input and output sides is the reduction ratio, and the torque at the output shaft is inversely proportional to the reduction ratio.
Our line-up includes three gear types - helical gears, hypoid gears and worm gears - which can be selected according to the motor specification, shaft arrangement (parallel or right-angle shaft) and output shaft shape (solid or hollow) to suit the purpose.

※Self-Locking: This is a function of the worm gear that the input shaft side cannnot be turned from the output shaft side.
Generally, reduction ratio is 1/60 as a single-step reduction.

Small-Size Gear Motor
Small size gear motor series with a motor capacity range from 40W to 5.5Kw.
Line-up includes a series with three different types of gears: parallel shaft type gear motors (helical gears), right-angle shaft type hypoid motors (hypoid gears) and croise motors (worm gears).
+α series, including IoT compatible, with overload protection device, rotation signal detection, etc., and industry compatible series, such as food industry and other industries are also available, allowing you to select the optimum small size gearmotor for your application and layout.

Features a compact design. Offering highly efficient startup and operation, as well as excellent space savings.
The reduced height allows it to be installed in a wider range of applications.
Hypoid Motor TA/TR Series

Right-angle shaft type hypoid gear reducers that pursues compactness.
- ・Less sliding and high efficiency compared with worm types. Requires less power under the same output conditions.
- ・We have a lineup of IoT specifications that integrate sensors and motors. You can easily build an IoT line.
- ・Particular emphasis on the height dimension, this reducer is extremely short and compact.
- ・Inverter motor type is also available. Provides a wide range of options as well.
- ・Ensures low-noise and highly-reliable operation taking advantage of our machining technology gained through our experience of manufacturing gear motors.
- ・Pre-lubricated with grease, this series can be used as is. Compatible with any mounting directions.

Hypoid Motor Mini Series

Gear Motors with a small motor capacity range from 40W to 90W
- ・All models use aluminum frame motors and silent brakes. Compact, lightweight, and quiet operations.
- ・Capable of transmitting high torque due to lack of torque limitation at a low output rotation with a high reduction ratio.
- ・Longevity :Provides an average of more than 10,000 hours operating life, top level in this class.
- ・Flexible Installation :Upper and lower mounting pitches of the case are the same, making installation in different application easy.
- ・Wide Reduction Ratio Range :A reduction ratio can be selected from between 1/5 and 1/240.
- ・Outdoor model designed pursuant to IP65. :All outdoor types are waterproof, and equivalent to IP65 under IEC standards.

This is a helical gear reducer with parallel shafts. All models feature noise-silencing brake.

- ・Using the aluminum frame motor makes the body more compact and lightweight. (TA series)
- ・Finished with an electrostatic powder coating without using thinner. The painting quality is also improved.

[Low Noise / Self-locking ] Croise Motor (Worm gear )

This right-angle gear motor uses single-step reduction for a high reduction ratio, and it has a shorter length.
Outstanding features include silence, a self-lock function, and a robust gear structure.
Croise Motor

This reducer is a right-angle worm gear reducer with a motor that offers a small footprint, lightweight design, and quiet operation.
- ・With the use of a worm gear, provides very smooth and quiet operation compared to other gear mechanisms.
Also, the silent-type brake eliminates annoying metallic sound during suction. - ・The Croise Motor provides space savings in the equipment layout with the right-angle shaft and high reduction ratio.
CSMA series is compact in motor length and HCMA series is also compact in height. - ・Excellent positioning accuracy can be expected due to less backlash compared to other gear mechanisms.
- ・The worm gear has a stronger tooth root than other gear mechanisms, providing superior shock resistance.
