For those who are having trouble with insufficient thrust/stroke and improved takt time, Medium/Large size Zip Chain Actuator with significantly expanded thrust and stroke ranges are now available.

The range of thrust is expanded to "38.2kN" and stroke to "5000 mm". Furthermore, high-speed/high-frequency operation with a maximum speed of 1000 mm/s and a hourly load rate of 100%ED is possible.

ZIP CHAIN ACTUATOR is becoming more and more powerful, enabling higher performance of the equipment.

Space-saving even with an expanded range of application

The chain is stored compactly, and the height of the storage case is about 85% lower than the stroke.

Automobile frame lifting device

Contributes to the tact time of automobile production lines, which are raised and lowered at a frequency of more than one round trip per minute.

AGV/AMR mounting & robot lifting

Mounted on an AGV/AMR, the robot can be raised and lowered to increase its range of motion.

Sorting and conveying to multistage conveyor

Workpieces transported by conveyor are sorted into multiple stages by high-speed lifting, realizing a reduction in vertical transport time.
