Features

  • ・Excellent speed control

    A Hall IC built into the motor detects rotation speed and provides feedback to the driver to ensure stable operation speed even during load fluctuations.

  • ・High Efficiency

    DCBL Hypoid Motors use permanent magnets in the rotors, there is no need to flow induced current to the stator like induction motors, and there are no sliding part, so that an efficiency equivalent to IE4 is achieved on a single motor level.

    High efficiency results in less loss, and the miniaturization of the motor has made the total length of the motor about 38% smaller than that of an induction motor.
    It also makes it possible to eliminate cooling fans, thus increasing environmental resistance.

  • ・Tenacious torque

    Combined with Tsubaki's hypoid gear, it maximizes the tenacious torque inherent in a motor that does not step out.

  • ・Wide variable speed range

    Since the motor rotation speed range is 100-2500r/min, a wide range of speed changes from low to high speed is possible, so this single unit can be used for devices that used to change the reduction ratio depending on the rotation speed.

  • ・Built-in temperature sensor prevents burnout

    A temperature sensor is built into the motor to provide burnout protection by constantly monitoring the winding temperature. It can be used safely even in applications that require frequent startup.

  • ・Optimal drive source can be selected according to the application

    As a third option, DCBL Hypoid Motor has been newly added to the range, allowing the user to select the most suitable motor, such as a reducer with three-phase motor or a reducer for servo motors, depending on cost and required accuracy.

Capacity of motor.

Frame number

This indicates the size of the gear reducer. For most models, this is the same value as the output shaft diameter.

This is automatically determined by the motor capacity and reduction ratio.

Mounting type

H:The output shaft is hollow.

U:The output shaft is solid, and the unit is designed for face mounting.

Reduction ratio

This indicates the reduction ratio.

Shaft Arrangement

T:The solid output shaft protrudes on both sides.

S:On this type, the mounting code is for face mount (U), and the solid output shaft protrudes on the mounting surface side.

No symbol: leave the shaft arrangement symbol blank if you specify hollow type (H) for the mounting code.

Package symbol
