Type name

HMTK: Right-angle shaft using a hypoid gear.

GMTK: Parallel shaft using a helical gear.

Size

This indicates the rated input capacity.

Frame No.

This indicates the size of the gear reducer. For most models, this is the same value as the output shaft diameter.

This is automatically determined by the motor capacity and reduction ratio.

Mounting type

L: This type is for foot mounting.

U: This type is for face mounting.

F: This type is for flange mounting.

   Whether the model comes with a face mount or flange mount will automatically depend on the frame number.

Reduction ratio

This indicates the reduction ratio.

The range is separated into sections that correspond to the frame number.

Shaft Arrangement

For the HMTK Type

  No symbol: leave the shaft arrangement symbol blank if you specify hollow type (H) for the mounting code.

 S: On this type, the mounting code is for face mount (U), and the solid output shaft protrudes on the mounting surface side.

 T: The solid output shaft protrudes on both sides.

For the GMTK Type

  No symbol: Leave the shaft arrangement code blank.

Mount code

Specify the mount code that corresponds to the motor to be mounted.
