Q33 | How to request Not applicable certificate? |
---|---|
Q34 | Is the delivery of three-phase motor type and servo motor type the same? |

Q1 | What's the durability of the lifter? |
---|---|
A1 | The expected durability is over one million operating cycles. Back to questions |
Q2 | How to control the intermediate stopping? |
A2 | We recommend using models with servo motor. With three-phase motor type, please choose the rotary encoder option [Option code:E]. Back to questions |
Q3 | What's the repeated positioning accuracy of the lifer? |
A3 | With the fixed load, the stopping accuracy is ±1mm. Back to questions |
Q4 | Is it possible to set multi-point stopping? |
A4 | Multi-point stopping is possible with servo motor types, as well as the three-phase motor types with rotary encoder[Option code:E]. Back to questions |
Q5 | Is it possible to operate multiple cantilever lifters? |
A5 | Multi-unit operation can be made possible with servomotors or with mechanical synchronization. |
Q6 | Can cantilever lifters be used for downward pressing? |
A6 | In principle, downward pressing function is not available. |
Q7 | Cantilever lifters are self-supported, is an upper end holder necessary? |
A7 | Basically not required for standard models. However, supporter may be required depending on the operating conditions (acceleration / deceleration, OHL, etc.). Back to questions |
Q8 | Is self-locking mechanism available? |
A8 | Self-locking is not available with standard products. It is possible to change the drive to a worm reducer that has self-locking properties. Complete the technical sheet at the end of the catalog, and contact us. |
Q9 | What's the operating frequency limit? |
A9 | Restrictions may be imposed on the starting frequency depending on the operating conditions and driving method. Complete the technical sheet at the end of the catalog, and contact us. Back to questions |
Q10 | How to operate multiple Lifter Masters? |
A10 | Multi-unit operation can be made possible with servomotors or with mechanical synchronization. |
Q11 | Are special sizes and strokes available? |
A11 | Under certain use conditions, it's available on MTO basis. |
Q12 | Can lifters be installed in any direction? (Horizontal, sidling, suspended, etc.) |
A12 | Standard specifications can only be installed vertically ( press up). Other installations are available on MTO basis. Complete the technical sheet at the end of the catalog, and contact us. Back to questions |
Q13 | Is it possible to lower the arm position further? |
A13 | Available depending on the shape. |
Q14 | Is DC motor drive ( battery power source) available? |
A14 | It's available under certain use conditions. |
Q15 | Are servo motors other than those listed in catalog available? |
A15 | It's available on MTO basis. But we need to check the specifications. Please consult us for details. Back to questions |
Q16 | Is telescopic type available? |
A16 | Under certain use conditions, it's available on MTO basis. |
Q17 | Is high rigidity specification available? |
A17 | Under certain use conditions, it's available on MTO basis. |
Q18 | Is servo motor type lifter available? |
A18 | In addition to the Zip Chain Lifter ZSL and Zip Master ZME, Tsubaki standardizes the Lift Master LME ball screw type with an electric screw type mechanism, with a servo motor. Back to questions |
Q19 | Is the motor mounting position & direction changeable? |
A19 | Yes, available. Complete the technical sheet at the end of the catalog, and contact us. Back to questions |
Q20 | Is it possible to increase the number of position sensors in cantilever lifters? |
A20 | The standard product is equipped with four position detection sensors, but one sensor can be added with option [Option code: L1]. |
