Notes
- (1)When selecting a jack, select a jack with sufficient capacity to ensure that both the working load (static and dynamic) and shock load do not exceed the rated capacity, and that the safety factor is considered.
- (2)Please be careful to check the combination of screw shaft speed and allowable load, as well as allowable buckling load, allowable overhang load, and allowable screw shaft speed.
Use of the jacks in excess of the catalog data will cause serious damage to the jacks and the entire system. When installing a sprocket, a gear or a pulley on the input or output shaft, check that an overhang load acting on the shaft is less than the allowable overhang load.Allowable O. H. L. ≧ T×f×Lf R

{1350} - (3)Please confirm that the temperature of the jack section, including ambient temperature, is in the range of -15 to 80°C with the jack in operation. When measuring temperature, please check the surface temperature of the jack input shaft or the traveling nut if travel nut specifications are used. In addition, please make sure that the rotating part is completely stopped before proceeding to measure.
- (4)Allowable input speed of Linipower Jack is 1800 r/min, however, when inputting a speed exceeding the maximum input rotation speed at the basic capacity, check the screw shaft speed (lifting) and allowable load related graphs for JWB/JWH (click here) and JWM (click here).
- (5)Continuous operation is not possible. The duty cycle of JWB (ball screw type) and JWH (high lead ball screw type) jacks by themselves is within 30% ED, and the duty cycle of JWM (trapezoidal screw type) is within 20% ED. Duty cycle is a ratio of operating time per 30 min on the basis of 30 min interval.

- (6)Note that the number of jacks that can be connected in a single line is limited by the input shaft torque. Please confirm by the allowable input shaft torque (allowable torque of input shaft only) of the each type.
- (7)Activating torque for the drive unit should be maintained at 200% above the required torque.
- (8)If operating in freezing temperatures, a change in viscosity may reduce the efficiency of the grease. Set the drive unit so as to accommodate this change.
- ⚠ (9)Although JWM (trapezoidal screw type) comes with a self-locking device based on calculation, it may not be effective due to vibration or shock. Separately a brake mechanism is required under such conditions.
Since JWB (Ball Screw Type) and JWH (High Lead Ball Screw Type) are highly efficient, sufficient brake that over powers the “holding torque” is required to sustain its shaft. - ⚠ (10)Operating Environment for jack is as follows.
Location Indoor room which cannot be splashed with rain or water. Ambient atmosphere Dust volume comparable to general factories. Operating Temperature Range -15~80°C(Refer to section 3 in general precautions. ) Relative Humidity 85% or less (No dew condensation )
- (11)If there is a lot of dust, use bellows to protect the screw shaft.
Note that the bellows are not waterproof and do not prevent water from entering from the outside or grease from inside the jack from penetrating to the outside.
(When using the product outdoors, please install a cover to protect it from direct exposure to rain and wind. )
