2. Mounting
- (1) Please make sure that the installation surface is sufficiently rigid and remains horizontal.
- (2) When unpacking and lifting the main unit, first disassemble the packing box, then hang a nylon sling or other lifting device on the eyebolts at the top of the main unit and stand the main unit up.

- ・The installation site of ZIP MASTER should be rigid enough to allow proper installation, and the base or foundation should be sufficiently strong enough to maintain the pull-out strength of the mounting bolts even when the maximum load is applied. Also, use four M16 (strength grade 10.9 or higher) mounting bolts with a thread length of 25 mm or more.
- (3) Temporarily fix the main unit of ZIP MASTER with four M16 bolts (strength grade 10.9 or higher).
*Mounting bolts to be prepared by the customer. - (4) Adjust the unit as necessary to make it level.
