- Note 1 The brake voltage is 90 VDC. (When inputting 200 VAC to DM200D or PM180B )
- Note 2 When using a 3.7 kW motor, the brake power supply module can be damaged depending on the wiring length, wiring method, relay type, or other factors. Connect a varistor between the separate DC switching terminals.
- Note 3 For *1 in the diagram, use an auxiliary relay (MCa) with a contact capacity of 200 VAC / 7 A or more (resistive load).
When using an MC auxiliary contact or auxiliary relay for *2 in the diagram, use a device with a contact capacity of 200 VAC / 10 A or more (resistive load). - Note 4 Connecting closer to the brake power supply module (blue lead wire) will be most effective. The specific varistor model numbers are as follows, but equivalent varistors can also be used. Select a varistor voltage of 470 V for DM200D.
