Transfer trolley between conveyors (equipped with overhead traveling trolley)
Before improvement
- ・An overhead traveling trolley was equipped with a pneumatic cylinder from which panels that were to be mounted on the body were hung.
Problem
- ・Needed extra space as the outer cylinder of the pneumatic cylinder protruded.
- ・Panels were often scratched from swinging, and panel positioning was hard.
Solution
- ・Compact: Can be housed in a trolley. No extra ceiling space is needed because there is no protrusion. A lower center of gravity eliminated panel swinging.
