Furnace door operation (Lifting)
Before improvement
- ・Housed (lifted) partition door of furnace chamber by using an electric jack.
- ・Needed to pull out the door for maintenance.
Problem
- ・Protruded a lot toward the ceiling.
- ・Could not pull the door out without removing the jack because the gap between the jack and ceiling was small.
- ・Spending long hours in high places was troublesome.
Solution
- ・Compact: No extra space needed because it protruded less toward the ceiling.
- ・Could pull the door out without removing the ZCA (reducing work time).
