Before improvement
- ・Used pneumatic cylinders.
- ・Pallets conveyed from a belt conveyor were transferred to a roller conveyor.
Problem
- ・Protruded a lot on the conveyor side, creating wasted space and preventing installation along the wall.
Solution
- ・Compact: Positioning the drive motor and ZCA parallel to the conveyor decreased protruding outside the conveyor and eliminated wasted space.
