- ・Work was fed using pneumatic cylinders.
Problem
- ・The cylinder protruded quite a bit and blocked the aisles.
- ・The stacker handled a variety of products, requiring the work speed to be adjusted, which cannot be done on pneumatic cylinders.
Solution
- ・Compact: There was less protruding into the aisles, making passage easier.
- ・Automation: Enabled feed speed control through inverter control.
