Automated manual operation for stacking
Before improvement
- ・Products coming downstream from conveyors were manually unloaded and stacked one by one by a worker

Solution
- ・Enabled automation: An encoder combination enabled high precision multi-point stopping as well as conveyor feed to match each product's height.
- ・Compact: Less space under the loads means that the number of products stacked could be increased.
