Stacking device for a product shipping line
Before improvement
- ・Used a hydraulic cylinder to stack products from upstream one by one by after lifting.
- ・Hydraulic cylinder was installed by digging a pit.
Problem
- ・Shipments could not be increased, even though productivity improved. The speed of hydraulic cylinder was too slow.
- ・Maintenance was hard as the drive section was in a pit.
- ・There were problems with oil leakage.
Solution
- ・Higher speed: Increased speed by using a servomotor for driving.
- ・Compact: No need to install a pit thanks to space saving in the stroke direction.
- ・Automated: Enabled hydraulic-free operation (clean environment).
