Multistage/linear guide pusher
Before improvement
- ・They made pushers to use as sorting equipment for conveyed products by using both a guide shaft and a pneumatic cylinder.
Problem
- ・Protruded a lot on the conveyor side, preventing installation along the wall.
- ・Customer wanted to move away from pneumatics.
Solution
- ・Used a multi-tiered linear guide together with the ZCA.
- ・Compact: Decreased protruding on the conveyor side, enabling installation along the wall. Maximized the compact nature of the ZCA by using it together with a multi-tiered linear guide.
