Grease lubrication (GMTK, HMTK)

1. Grease lubrication

Grease lubrication system is used for lubrication.

2. Grease filled

A specified amount of lead-free grease is already injected prior to delivery. Use the motor as is.

3. Grease replacement

Grease does not need to be replaced or replenished in most cases, but it will last longer if it is replaced around 20,000 hours.

Grease replacement is available at our repair shop for a fee.

4. Lubed specifications

Use high-grade gear grease equivalent to consistency number 000 or 00.
(For No.1 grease specifications, please use Nigulube EP-1K of Nippon Grease Co., Ltd. )

5. Recommended grease

Nippon Grease ：NIGTIGHT LMS No.000 (unleaded grease that is the initially included product )
