As the glass substrates of LCD panels become larger, it is increasingly difficult to lift and move them. To solve the problem, we made a carrier to lift substrates safely in a vertical direction by operating multiple Lini Power Jacks simultaneously. The jacks use high lead ball screws and were chosen instead of those using conventional ball screws, which enabled high-speed and high-frequency operation. We can suggest a system using Tsubaki products for all the components critical for a cooperative system, including miter gears, couplings, and reducers, to provide reliable total support.
