Achieved the world's smallest roller chain with a chain pitch of 1.905mm.
The height, overall width, and mass are in a class of its own compared to conventional products, enabling transmission in an astonishingly small space.
2.Ensure sufficient strength

Even though the chain is small, its tensile strength is 0.36kN.
By generously applying Tsubaki's core technologies, a small yet strong chain with a high spec is completed.
Generally, small chains are bushed chains with no rollers, but we are particular about the structure with rollers.

The "Epsilon Chain Stainless Steel Series'' can be wrapped compactly and can be used even in narrow and intricate layouts.
Pulleys on which toothed belts or wire ropes are applied require a flange to prevent them from falling off, which increases the space in the pitch circle diameter direction.
