爪式联轴器 L系列 选定
- (1)选型时的使用系数(表1),需根据原动机的种类和运转条件进行选择。
- (2)负荷转矩(T)乘以表1的使用系数(SF)计算得出修正转矩(T’),需选择容许转矩大于修正转矩的联轴器型号。(请参照下表)
- (3)所选定的联轴器型号,确认其最大轴孔径大于实际所需。不符合要求时,需另行选型、(请参照下表)
- (4)和电机直接连接使用时,请参考表2、表3的产品选型表。
转矩的计算方法
T = 9550 × P n T = 974 × P n
- T = 负载扭矩 N・m {kgf・m}
- P = 动力传递 kW
- n = 转速 r/min
- T' = 修正扭矩 N・m {kgf・m}
