Product packing line -- Shaking device on conveyor end
Before improvement
- ・Items coming from the floor conveyor were manually packed.
- ・Conveyor height was constant. There were many different box sizes, and different workers lifted different sized boxes.
Problem
- ・Large load on workers to lift items up to a high position.
Solution
- ・Restructured the end of the conveyor to shake. Made it so the conveyor feed height could adjust to the height of the box.
- ・Compact: Could be installed under the conveyor as-is.
- ・Controllability: Positioning is easier compared to the simple pantograph type because the chain can be lifted directly.
