When a car is put on a pallet, the pallet moves up. When the pallet is in the upper position, guide rollers close to prevent falling. Before the pallet moves down, the guide rollers open to allow the pallet to move down. The Power Cylinder is used to open/close these guide rollers. Using the Power Cylinder eliminates complicated piping work and allows easy maintenance.

In a two-level parking system, when a car is put on a pallet and moved to the upper level, a hook is set to the safety pin to prevent falling. The hook engages by itself, using its own weight. Before the car is moved down, the Power Cylinder is used to disengage the hook and release the lock.
