Links
TKRB Series (ROBOTRAX) has a link structure.
The links are snap-on connection each other with a ball shape at one end and a ball receptacle at the other end. Stoppers set in the links ensure a minimum bending radius in three dimensions. The links themselves can also be rotated.

Steel cable and clamping piece
When the robot arm moves quickly, high tension is applied to the cable carrier due to the acceleration. To accommodate this tension, a steel cable is threaded through the hole in the center of link, and bolts are attached to both ends of the steel cable to secure the clamping piece.

Quick release bracket
Brackets for attaching TKRB series (ROBOTRAX) to devices (e.g. robot arms) can be opened and closed quickly and easily and are attached to device with two bolts. Brackets can be attached to links in any position and are suitable for complex movements.

Heat shield ：
Aluminium-coated textile fibers protects TKRB series (ROBOTRAX) and cables from spatter. Suitable for use in environments where spatter is likely to occur. (upper side of left diagram)

Supports the sagging of TKRB series middle part and ensures the stability of path.
By using in combination with a turntable or a coil spring, system can be flexibly adapted to more complex equipment paths.

Fixing bolts are not included. Please prepare four fixing bolts (M10) by yourself.
