Regular inspections are necessary to ensure stable operation of equipment.
Our dedicated staff will visit the customer's site, inspect and diagnose the condition of the product in use and submit a report on the inspection results.

Field inspections flow
1. Confirming inspection details
The customer's desired inspection details and number of units to be inspected are confirmed in advance.
We will interview you in advance about your current problems and any concerns you may have while using the equipment.
2. Conducting

3. Explaning of inspection report
- ・Our dedicated staff will consult the inspection results and explain the condition of the product in use.
- ・Proposals can also be made for countermeasure-specific products.
Inspection record
Make a inspection record of the customer's equipment name and the model number of the product in use.
Can be used to plan the schedule of replacement by managing transition of product condition and history of replacement.
Inspection report
Make a report including measured dimensions, photographs, condition, evaluation and comments on the product for each equipment.
For equipment undergoing continuous inspection, reports showing changes in the amount of wear from the past can also be submitted.
