2.The maximum allowable load indicates the value specified for a normal temperature (20℃) when load is evenly applied to the entire surface of the chain in a widthwide. The value depends on using conditions ( temperature, speed, etc). Refer to the load diagram of the chain. The upper graph indicates the value when the width is 1 meter. Calculate "planned width X maximum allowable load indicated" for the actual value.
3.Operating temperature of the value in parentheses is for wet condition.
4.The standard width is in increments of 85 mm. Available for the width greater than listed in catalog.
Contact a Tsubaki representative for the availability of the width greater than 3,230 mm and special width.
5.The chain width X is the nominal width and the actual width is about -0.3% at the ambient temperature of 20℃.
The chain width will expand or contract due to temperature change. The ratio which will be affected by the ambient temperature is 0.00012 for Standard Series and 0.00011/℃ for HTW Series at the basis of 20℃.
6.Mold-to-width type of WT2515G-M330 can be used for 85 mm-width of WT2515G-W.
