Links
TKRB Series (ROBOTRAX) has a link structure.
The links are snap-on connection each other with a ball shape at one end and a ball receptacle at the other end. Stoppers set in the links ensure a minimum bending radius in three dimensions. The links themselves can also be rotated.
Ball-end stainless steel wire and clamping piece
When the robot arm moves quickly, high tension is applied to the cable carrier due to the acceleration. To accommodate this tension, a stainless steel wire is threaded through the hole in the center of link. The clamping piece is attached to one side of the ball-end stainless steel wire to adjust the wire tension. The opposite end from the clamping piece is a stainless steel ball-end structure.
Quick release bracket
The brackets for attaching TKRB series (ROBOTRAX) to devices (e.g. robot arms) can be opened and closed by a snap mechanism and are attached to device with two bolts. The brackets can be attached to links in any position and are suitable for complex movements.
Quick opening structure
It can be opened and closed by a snap mechanism.
Bracket Holder that can be fixed to curved surface
The bracket can be attached to curved robot arms.
Easy to remove with surface fastener.
