Drive chain
Drive chains use the power of a motor or other source for tension and transmit the power to a machine via a sprocket.
Small size conveyor chain
Small size conveyor chains come in a variety of sizes and with a variety of attachments for carrying loads of any shape.
Large size conveyor chain
Large size conveyor chains are available for a wide range of conveyor lengths, conveyance methods, ambient environments, and other factors.
Plastic modular chain
A type of conveyor belt that can achieve a wide conveying surface by interconnecting engineering plastic modular links in a brick-like shape, available in wide and mold-to-width types.
Top chain
Conveyor chains with integrated top plate and chain section, connected by connecting pins. Available in engineering plastic and stainless steel.
Plastic block chain
Chain with a simple structure in which block-shaped links are connected with connecting pins. Sprocket for RS drive chain can be used.
Sprocket / Pin gear drive
Sprockets transmit the rotation of a chain to a shaft or from a shaft to a chain. Pin gear drive unit is also available for linear, lifting, rotation and oscillating movements in combination with special gears.
Cable Carriers (CABLEVEYOR)
These systems support and guide cables and other moving parts neatly while protecting the cables and other parts by restricting bending to create a track.
Synchronous Belts / Belt Sprockets
Synchronous belts use rounded tooth shapes to mesh for high-precision, low-noise transmission. The belts also eliminate the need for lubrication to provide clean transmission.
Reducers
Reducers can gain torque proportional to the reduction ratio by reducing the rotational speed of a gear and outputting the power from the output shaft of a motor or other power source.
Linear actuator
Electrical Power Cylinder and Jack combining screw mechanism with gear and motor, and Linear Actuator for high-speed push/pull conveyor using an original Zip Chain mechanism.
High-speed lifters
The lineup includes lifters capable of high-speed, high-frequency operation using zip chains, and cantilever-type electric lifters of the plug and play type.
Locking Device
Locking devices are friction-type fastening elements that fasten a shaft and hub easily, strongly, and securely with no backlash.
Coupling
These mechanical elements connect two axes together. Couplings are available in a wide range of types, for applications from general-purpose to high-precision.
Clutches
Clutches transmit or cut rotation between two power transmission shafts.
Electrical controllers
Electrical controllers are devices that enable electric support of factory operation conditions and quality improvements. For example, electrical controllers can be used to protect equipment by detecting electrical currents or to feedback control by detecting the input power of a motor.
Mechanical protectors
Mechanical protectors—such as friction-type protectors, separable overload protectors, and continuous-operation slipping clutches and brakes—protect equipment against excessive loads during abnormal conditions.
