Power Cylinder G Series
- A power cylinder in the small thrust range with a rated thrust of 70 kgf or more that can be used with an AC power source.
You can select the screw to match your application. - Through upgraded performance 9000 standardized models are available. The most appropriate model can be selected for your equipment and application.

Approximately 9000 models are standardized, including 630 basic types and models with optional parts.

・Stable, high efficiency, longevity
High efficiency has been achieved by employing nut material that has excellent compatibility with the aligning trapezoidal screw thread (centralizing screw) specially designed for the Power Cylinder, which provides stability and a long operating life.
The Power Cylinder G Series basically uses a trapezoidal screw. For high speed or high frequency operation, consider using the ball screw type.

Significantly reduced noise during startup and stopping through a quiet DC brake motor drive.

・Excellent speed stability
With the basic structure where the induction motor rotates the screw shaft so the nut (rod) goes forward/backward, delivers operations at a steady velocity that is impervious to load fluctuations.

・CCC certified Short delivery time for all sizes
For exporting 1.1kw or smaller motor to China, it is necessary to indicate a "CCC mark" to prove compulsory certification.
Basic Delivery of all G series CCC certified products is ex-Japan 4 weeks by vessel.
Proper use and structure of each type (protective device)

・A Type (No overload protector )
It stops with the motor brake. Please note that it may be damaged if it is used beyond the MIN / MAX dimensions of the nominal stroke.
When using this type, make sure to install a sensor like LS for stroke control, or to use our optional model with stroke adjusting external LS.

・B Type (With wet-type slip clutch )
A wet slip clutch is built in at the end of the reducer screw shaft. The use of a special lining provides protection during overloads.
By adopting a special lining, it provides a protective function even when the stroke is over.

・C Type (Thrust detection limit switch )
A thrust detection spring unit is built in to the bracket. It is effective during push/pull stopping or when electrical signals are required during overloads.
An electrical signal is output even when an overload acts from the load side during stop or when the stroke is over.
※Particularly, the built-in spring bends and absorbs the impact load when it acts impactfully.

A:This is the basic model with no protection device.
B:This unit has a built-in Torque Limiter that serves as the overload protection device. This can only be selected for the parallel type.
C:This unit has a built-in thrust detection mechanism.
Rated Thrust
This is the rated thrust at which the product can operate.
Nominal Speed
This is the operating speed of the cylinder when the motor is operating at tracking speed.

Main Body Code
